600 grams of Medium sized Shrimp

250ml of Salsa Chile Colorado "Adelamex"

250ml of Hot Sauce

1/4 Onion

1 Medium Sized Clove of Garlic

1 Tablespoons of Butter

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil

  1. Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and olive oil.
  2. Add the Chile Colorado sauce and hot sauce
  3. Once the sauce begins to boil, add the shrimp. Once the shrimp change color, they are ready to serve.
