600 grams of Medium sized Shrimp
250ml of Salsa Chile Colorado "Adelamex"
250ml of Hot Sauce
1 Medium Sized Clove of Garlic
1 Tablespoons of Butter
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
- Sauté the onion and garlic in butter and olive oil.
- Add the Chile Colorado sauce and hot sauce
- Once the sauce begins to boil, add the shrimp. Once the shrimp change color, they are ready to serve.
