1 kilogram of Pork Ribs

250ml of Salsa Chile Colorado "Adelamex"

1 can of Coca-cola

1/2 can of Pineapple with syrup

1/2 Bar of Chocolate


  1. Blend Chile Colorado, Coca-cola, Pineapple, the chocolate bar, and the salt.
  2. Bath the ribs in the sauce and let them sit over night.
  3. Bake until the Ribs are tender. Approximately four hours.
