1 kilogram of Pork Ribs

250ml of Salsa Tomatillo Verde "Adelamex"

1/2 Onion

1 Clover of Garlic

2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil

Salt to liking

  1. Cook the ribs in a pot with onion and the salt
  2. Fry until the ribs are golden
  3. Add the Salsa Tomtaillo Verde
  4. When the sauce is boiling add salt to taste.
